Who Can Use Ambushed
- You must comply with applicable laws when using the app
- Ambushed is intended for users aged 13 and older
- You are responsible for your device and account security
App Purpose
Ambushed is a personal mood tracking tool for reflection and wellbeing awareness. It is not a medical device and does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment.
In-App Purchases
- Ad removal is offered as a one-time in-app purchase
- Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store
- Refunds and billing are governed by Apple's policies
Privacy
Your privacy is central to Ambushed. Mood data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

Ambushed is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambushed is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
